OUR CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Your safety and happiness are important to us. That’s why we make every effort to ensure that you, as our guest, are completely happy.

• If you cancel up to 4 weeks before arrival, you can cancel free of charge
• In case of cancellation 4 weeks to 2 weeks before arrival 40%
• In case of cancellation 2 weeks to 1 week before arrival 70%
• If you cancel within 1 week before arrival, 90% of the travel price
• In the event of late arrival or early departure, 100% of the travel price will be charged

• In addition, we recommend that you use the possibility of using the European travel insurance as part of your booking. With this option you are always on the safe side.
• Should there be a Corona case in the family or any changes in the government, we are of course very accommodating.

Our hygiene measures:

All employees are regularly trained intensively on hygiene guidelines and safety distance.
In contact with guests, our employees wear mouth-nose protection.
All rooms are cleaned and disinfected highly effectively with steam devices and 180° hot steam.
Door handles, elevator knobs, handrails are disinfected with disinfectant several times a day.
All public areas are equipped with disinfectant and soap in the washrooms.
Our front desk has a plexiglass sneeze and spit guard.
